A nice unusual wooden roller hockey stick made by Wain Wright, Leeds, and retailed by F. W. Roberts, York. The ash stick has a very nice tight curved neck, is stamped with makers and retailers name and has a black and white strung handle with leather butt collar. The handle has an oval shaped to it but once past the grip the surface is flat on both sides.
Roller hockey is a form of hockey, it is played on a dry surface but the players wear skates with wheels instead of normal boots or ice skates.
